Located at 125 Broadway Avenue in New York City, this 720-square-foot project in collaboration with Wxllspace brings dynamism to the urban environment through perspectives and geometric forms, visually connecting with the city’s architecture.
Design is everywhere. While we may not always take the time to notice it, good design has the power to improve our lives in countless small ways. This is especially true in the built environment, where the design of a building can profoundly affect how we experience it. Artist Angel Toren deeply understands this principle. Using vibrant colors and geometric shapes, Toren manipulates lines and dimensions, creating unique and often surprising views of familiar structures. In doing so, he encourages viewers to see the world around them in fresh and unexpected ways.
